About the event
GABWA is turning 10, and we are proud to celebrate this milestone by shining a spotlight on the inspiring journeys of female entrepreneurs — women who have shown ambition, determination, and the courage to build businesses across borders.
We are delighted to welcome Mona de la Croix, one of our GABWA members, as our featured speaker. Mona will share her experience of launching Schnapps-Idea — a business dedicated to producing high-end fruit spirits inspired by the traditions of Black Forest distilleries — and the opportunities and challenges she encountered building her venture in Australia.
Following Mona’s story, we will host a Panel Discussion featuring creative and dynamic women from Australia, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. These entrepreneurs will share their personal journeys, reflect on lessons learned, and discuss the realities of setting up businesses in new environments.
